It is strong at first drafts, summarisation, classification with explanation, variant generation, ideation, and reformatting. In practice, that means drafting emails, turning notes into structured updates, creating campaign angles, proposing code, or generating options for images and scripts. The best use is usually collaborative rather than fully autonomous. Human intent sets direction. The model accelerates iteration. Human judgement edits the result.

The weakest use case is often “replace expertise with a chatbot and hope no one notices”. That ends about as well as you would expect.
